Please fill out the form below to submit a request for prayer to our Church Prayer Chain. At First Church of God we believe that prayer is the key to unlocking the limitless blessings of God on our lives. We covet your prayers and commit to joining with you in prayer for your special need.

Is this request confidential or can we share it with the church family to agree in prayer as well?
Is the person you're requesting prayer for in a local hospital? If so, do you know where? Also, would you like for our pastoral staff to make a visit?
Please be sure to fill out the form completely with as much information as possible. Please be sure to contact the church office to update us on the status of the individual or situation that you request prayer for.
